We've been optimizing/porting throttle bodies since 1998. We have
seen dyno proven gains of 3-5 HP/TQ throughout the entire RPM range
and as much as 10-12 HP/TQ at redline with this simple modification.
Optimizing includes the following:
- Disassemble and clean/bead blast TB housing.
- Remove front half of throttle blade shaft (if applicable).
- Knife edge TB entrance lip.
- Smooth throttle blade bore entrance.
- Replace factory throttle blade screws with tiny button head screws
(we and others used to countersink the screws which causes to many
idle problems to be worth the possible troubles).
- Thin the rear half of the throttle blade bar and remove
the backs of the throttle bar screws.
- Loctite Blue used on throttle blade screws to hold them in place.

| Core Charges: Price for core ranges from
$100 to $135 depending on application. Unless you're sending us your
throttle body to modify, you need to temporarily purchase a core from
us. We modify the core, then send it to you to swap out with your
stock throttle body. Once we receive your core back, we can credit
you back the core charge (minus any credit card or Paypal fees). Core
refund is only good for 30 days from the original shipment date, no
exceptions.
